I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) CSAIL, advised by Prof. David Karger, and a member of the Haystack Group. Prior to MIT, I worked as a research associate at the Center for Complex Engineering Systems (CCES) at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and MIT. I received a Masters in Computer Science from University of California San Diego (UCSD) and a Bachelor in Computer and Information Sciences from King Saud University. During my Masters, I worked as a software engineer at California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology (Calit2), San Diego. My research interests include Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Retrieval, Data Analytics, Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) and Interactive Visualization.
